Proyecto de aula invertida con uso de TICS en la carrera de Derecho

Abstract

The flipped class methodology advocates an innovative didactic approach aimed at allowing students to have a more active role in the development of their own learning process, starting with content research prior to classes; as well as promoting more active participation, through a collaborative environment in face-to-face sessions, with the support of information and communication technologies. The implementation of this methodology in undergraduate students was proposed as a teaching innovation project aimed at improving student self-regulation, as well as collaborative work. The inverted classroom strategy presents characteristics that are motivating for students, with the student being the protagonist of his own learning process, where the exploration of the contents prior to class stimulates the compression of theoretical contents specific to the subject and the construction of knowledge. The design of sessions with the flipped class methodology is shown in which the classes are aimed at solving problems and group debates, through meaningful learning, promoting critical thinking, the substantiation of proposals and increasing the commitment and motivation of the students. © 2025 Universitat de Barcelona.
