dc.description.abstractThe article analyzes the reworking of the myth about the origin of the human being presented in the novel El valle de Luzbel(Hugo Correa, 2015), through an anthropology constituted by spiritual beings -in addition to humans-and a cosmology that proposes the populating not only of the Earth, but also of other planets. The hybridization between New Age and other mythical and anthropological contents is highlighted. Finally, the ascription of the novel to the science fiction genre is discussed
