Resumen:
Based on the recognition of the impacts of a quantitative rather than qua -
litative focus on social housing policy (in recent decades in Chile) and from a critical
perspective regarding the use of a stigmatizing and situational georeferencing of criminal
problematics, an alternative use of these techniques is proposed in this article. The aim is
to specify the sectoral concentration of young people who have violated the law, in order to
promote more discussion on a better execution of measures and sanctions in juvenile jus-
tice, as well as to guide corrective actions at the level of housing policies and urbanization,
which should be inspired by the entrenchment of a true "right to the city”.
